Cancellations

Online Products and Services

The products and services purchased are exclusively digital (courses, software, subscriptions, etc.) and have no physical format. Due to the digital nature of our products, once the service has been delivered or the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted unless there is a transaction error or a breach of the agreed terms.
